Salon Policies

I am committed to providing a professional, respectful and safe environment for myself and all salon guests. Please review my salon policies.

Appointments, Scheduling, and Cancellations

I do not accept walk-ins.  All services are by appointment only. Appointments must be scheduled in advance either through my online booking site or by phone. I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Missing an appointment without notice will result in being restricted from booking future appointments.

Children

To maintain a safe and relaxing environment for all salon guests, I kindly ask that children only be present if they are receiving a service.  Please note that I am only able to service children who are able to remain seated appropriately and reasonably still and follow basic instructions throughout their appointment. This ensures the safety of the child and the quality of the service provided. For safety and liability reasons, I am unable to accommodate additional children in the salon during appointments.

Right to Refuse Service

As a private business, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at my discretion based on behavior or safety concerns.  This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving: disrespectful, aggressive, insulting, or inappropriate behavior toward myself or other salon guests, violation of salon policies, repeated last-minute cancellations, health or safety concerns that may compromise my ability to perform a service, and situations where I may feel that I am not the right fit or cannot confidently provide the desired result. ​ I believe in honest communication and professional integrity.  If I feel uncomfortable or if behavior is deemed inappropriate, disrespectful, insulting, or unsafe, I will respectfully decline to proceed.  Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
